What makes your swimwear and activewear sun-safe?
All our products are made with UPF50+ fabrics that block 98% of UV rays, providing superior sun protection for your family’s outdoor adventures. Our materials are specially designed to maintain this protection even when wet.
Do you offer matching family sets?
Absolutely! We specialize in coordinating sun-safe styles for the whole family. Browse our collections to find matching rashies, swim shorts, and beachwear for adults and children.
What age ranges do your baby swimwear cover?
We offer specialized sun protection for little ones with our Baby (0-2) and Baby (0-5) swimwear ranges, including swim hats for extra protection.
Are your activewear pieces suitable for swimming too?
While our activewear is designed with UV protection, only our swimwear collections are specifically made for water activities. Our activewear is perfect for land-based outdoor activities.

Ordering & Account Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, we don’t require accounts for purchases, but you’ll receive email notifications with tracking information for every order.
Do you offer gift wrapping or cards?
While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, our packaging is stylish and presentable. You’re welcome to include a gift message during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and to?
We ship worldwide from our Western Australia warehouse (14 Barker Street, COYRECUP, AU 6317), excluding some remote locations and parts of Asia (which will be indicated during checkout if applicable).
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 AUD via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 AUD via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (allow an extra day during peak season November-January). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Are duties and taxes included?
For most destinations, any applicable duties/taxes will be calculated at checkout. We handle all customs documentation to make international delivery smooth.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for change of mind. Simply email us at [email protected] to initiate your return.
What if my item is faulty?
Faulty items will be replaced immediately at no cost to you – just contact our team with details.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and will appear in your account according to your payment provider’s processing times.
