Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (A$12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over A$50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Every Swimsuit purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear that has been worn
  • Baby swim hats (from our Baby Swim Hats category)
  • Beach towels (from our Beach Towels category)

Exceptions are made if these items arrive defective or damaged – please contact us immediately in these cases.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
