All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

2.3 Age-Specific Products

Products in our Baby (0-2), Baby (0-5), and children’s categories are designed for the specified age ranges. Please follow size guides carefully as these items have special safety considerations.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Free Shipping: For orders over A$50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days with basic tracking

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Non-returnable items include:

  • Baby swim hats (hygiene reasons)
  • Beach towels (hygiene reasons)

  3. Ship items to our return address with RMA visible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
